4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is entitled to register and maintain only one Account on zs66. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, zs66 will close the additional Account(s), remove all associated Bonus Funds, and may suspend the player's access to the Platform pending investigation.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any other person. zs66 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified zs66 of an unauthorised access in writing without undue delay.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). zs66 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer standards. You may be required at any time to provide copies of a valid government-issued photo identity document, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction or closure of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. zs66 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable law and will notify you before any deduction is made. Any remaining Balance in a dormant Account remains the property of the Player and is recoverable upon successful Account reactivation and identity verification.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zs66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zs66 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which zs66 accepts no responsibility.
5.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Funds deposited on the zs66 platform are used solely for gaming activity and are not treated as an investment, savings, or banking facility. zs66 does not pay interest on Account Balances.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit on the same Account, and only to accounts held in your own name. 5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Only cash Balance (real-money Balance not derived from Bonus Funds) is freely withdrawable subject to verification requirements.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All zs66 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the offer is made. 6.3 Wagering Requirements. 6.4 Bonus Abuse. zs66 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion will have their Bonus Funds removed, their Account suspended, and any resulting withdrawals withheld pending investigation.
6.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers. zs66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not materially affect entitlements that have already been earned by Players who have commenced wagering on a qualifying deposit.

7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by zs66 in the following circumstances: where an obvious pricing error has occurred; where the event to which the bet relates has been cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; where the outcome of the event has been determined by factors outside the normal course of play; or where the bet has been placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions. Void bets are returned to the Player's Balance at the original stake amount.
7.4 Errors and Technical Issues. zs66's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit zs66's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting zs66 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.
13.2 Termination by zs66. zs66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached, where fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected, where it is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to zs66 or other Players. Your continued use of the zs66 platform after the effective date of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
